Ordering is easy! Simply purchase your products online or by emailing us at email@example.com for a quote.
When it comes to ordering, our products can be divided into 3 main categories: Individual Meals, Meal Packs or Subscriptions.
Individual Meals – include Breakfast, Standard Meals, Signature Meals and Custom Meals. Multiple Individual Meals can be purchase together and shipped in one delivery. Orders made up of Individual Meals cannot be split over multiple deliveries. Breakfast, Standard Meals and Signature Meals are Non-Customisable.
Meal Packs – when ordering a Meal Pack you can choose from our range of Preset Packages containing different combinations of Standard Meals or Signature Meals. Some Meal Packs are Non-Customisable. For some Meal Packs you will have the option to split the meals over multiple deliveries.
Subscriptions – some Meal Packs can be subscribed to. When subscribing to a Subscription product you will receive this product weekly. Payments for the product will be charged from your nominated credit/debit card. Cancellations for any subscriptions must be made prior to cut-off time for next scheduled delivery day.
Order Cut-off Time
The Order Cut-off Time for each delivery day (Monday, Wednesday or Friday) is 1pm the day before. Any orders placed after 1pm with be delivered on the next available delivery day.
If you do not wish to have your meals delivered on the next available delivery day please specify in the comment box on the shopping cart page.
- We deliver on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays ONLY.
- Our deliveries operate within Auckland. North Island deliveries coming soon.
- Exact delivery time may be affected by weather, traffic or other factors that are not within our control.
Drop Offs Basis-
Deliveries work on a drop off basis. When entering your delivery address at checkout please give us a location where we can safely deliver the meals. Please give clear instructions. If our delivery driver has difficulty finding your location based on the information given, we will attempt to contact you.
If you will not be at home during the delivery time, a good idea is to keep a chilly bin outside for us.
Please note: if our delivery driver is unable to access the premises, feels that it is unsafe for them to enter the premises and/or there is no safe location to drop off the meals at the premises, they are instructed to leave with the order and bring it back to base. We will contact you then you may either pick up or have another delivery arranged.
We accept payments by Credit/Debit Card or Bank Transfer
All payments must be made prior to delivery.
Refunds and Cancellations
Any cancellations must be made before 1:00pm prior to the delivery date to qualify for a full refund.
All refunds are issued as store credit.
Allergies and Specific Needs
PLEASE be sure to tell us if you are allergic to any foods (e.g. eggs, nuts, fish), gluten free or dairy free.
