Fresh Meals

Made to order over the weekend. Fresh meals will have best before dates of Friday Saturday & Sunday. We suggest you order your fresh meals as early in the week as possible to avoid missing out. There is a limited amount of fresh meals available online from Saturday as they are made over the weekend. Our fresh meals aren't recommended to be frozen but some varieties can be if you won't get to eat them in time.

Frozen Meals

A wide variety of meals made with the freshest produce. Snap frozen for your convenience. A great way to ensure you always have a healthy meal at your finger tips, especially after one of those crazy days.

You can collect your meals directly from our kitchen at 6 Charlotte Street, Eden Terrace, Auckland. Simply select the Pickup option at checkout.

Delivery

We deliver all across the North Island (excluding RD, Rural areas).

What are the order cut-off times for deliveries?

Auckland: Cut-off is 11:59 PM Saturday (for Mon), 11:59 PM Monday (for Wed), and 11:55 PM Wednesday (for Fri).
North Island: Cut-off is 1:00 PM Sun (for Tue), 1:00 PM Tue (for Thu), and 1:00 PM Thu (for Fri).

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, at 6 Charlotte Street, Eden Terrace, Auckland. Pickups available Mon, Wed & Fri 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM.

Where does Muscle Chow deliver to?

We deliver all across the North Island (excluding RD, Rural areas).
